Tees-Analytica offer a subscription based model that includes the entireity of our Bi Service offerings. Report creation, changes, troubleshooting and requests can be fulfilled directly through our Membership site, however we also accept requests via email and phone call.
We provide a dedicated case manager alongside a team of developers to ensure that client requests are quickly seen, responded to and are proactively being developed, or resolved. We adhere to strict SLA times so that your business is not left waiting for replies, or updates and to ensure that your requests are constantly being worked on.

Dedicated Resource Hub
Membership entitles the purchaser to our Consultation and Bi Development services in their entirety, regardless of the package chosen. We also offer additional Requests for purchase as well as development hours.
Standard membership grants access to our entire service offerings for as long as the subscription remains active. Additional requests that exceed the 2 per month limit are billed at £250. Requests can be stacked and are only invalidated if subscription ends.
Business membership grants access to our entire service offerings for as long as the subscription remains active. Additional requests that exceed the 5 per month limit (Yearly Purchase entitles the buyer to all 12 months requests at once 60 requests) are billed at £250. Request amounts are only invalidated if subscription ends.
